1. LEDs
Our quality control for LEDs (fully automatic plug in machine)
Machine wavelength test only tolerate ±1.5nm error. To ensure the color consistency of our led screen.
Can avoid the static damage on LEDs by manual plug in. To keep their long lifespan.
Automatic plug in, LEDs firmly fixed on the PCB. To reduce the possibility of LEDs loo
sening or falling off from PCB and cause LEDs unlighted after led screen working a period of time.

2. LED module

Automatic wave soldering ensure our tin points uniform and full, can greatly avoid the
